Tulsa’s First Hop Jam Beer & Music Festival

Tulsa’s First Hop Jam Beer & Music Festival
The Hanson brothers are coming to the Brady Arts District this Sunday and they’re bringing with them the first-ever Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival!

Hanson emerged onto the national music scene in 1997 with their hit “MMMBOP” that ended up becoming an international pop phenomenon. They quickly developed a fan base around the world, and their loyal followers continue to support their music to this day. Every year in May, fans descend upon Tulsa for a weekend that celebrates “Hanson Day”, and this year, the event is coinciding with Tulsa International Mayfest and the Blue Dome Arts Festival.

As a result, Issac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson have decided to hosti and perform at their inaugural Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival on Sunday, May 18. It will be free and open to the public, featuring performances by several bands and the new beer brand they recently released called MMMHops.

Hop Jam will take place at 2nd and Main and starts at 3pm, with music beginning at 5pm. There will be four bands, starting with Capitol Cars, who will open the event as a result of an online poll. Other bands will include Butch Walker and Robert Randolph & The Family Band, with Hanson headlining the event at the end of the evening.

There will be a beer tasting that will include not only MMMHops, but also various other brewers from around the state. The beer tasting will be a 21+ event and tickets can be purchased on the premises.
