Tulsa Blue Dome Arts Festival This Weekend

If you love local art, jewelry, and entertainment, then you’re in luck because the annual Blue Dome Arts Festival is happening this weekend in Downtown Tulsa.

The three-day celebration is a fun, family-friendly festival with streets full of entertainment and over 200 vendors and artist booths. It’s a great opportunity to see what the local creative scene has to offer and also gives you a chance to talk with the artists themselves to learn more about their work.

There is something for everyone, including a kid zone full of fun activities. It will feature a 3,000 square foot area where kids can play and interact with discovery and art-based activities.  There will even be concerts geared toward kids on Friday and Saturday night at 6pm.

There is a full schedule of entertainment, including live music on the main stage and belly dancing. Festival goers can also participate in pottery demonstrations and beer tastings. If you are a food lover, there will be a wide selection of delicious treats and food trucks around the stage.

The Blue Dome Arts Festival will be from Friday, May 16th, through Sunday, May 18th, in the Blue Dome Entertainment District, centered at 2nd & Elgin Street. The fun lasts from 11am to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Entry is free and open to the public.
