Tulsa Bicycle Club Celebrates 28th Annual Tour de Tulsa

It’s springtime in Green County, which means cyclist are out in full force.  This weekend, take in the fresh air and beautiful weather as the 28th Annual Tour de Tulsa sweeps through Tulsa!

A true Tulsa Bicycle Club tradition, the Tour de Tulsa is an annual event, where cyclists unite to celebration their love and passion for cycling and living a healthy lifestyle. The route covers a distance from 5 to 100 miles, and cyclists can participate at whatever skill level they wish.

This year, the routes will start and end at Spirit Bank, located at 18th & Main in Downtown Tulsa. There will be rest stops and food along the way, so cyclists can recharge and socialize with fellow participants and onlookers.

The event will also be raising money to support programs provided through the Tulsa Health Department. Proceeds of the Tour de Tulsa will be given to the department’s Pathways to Health programs.

Join the Tulsa Bicycle Club this coming Saturday, May 2, starting at 8am. It’s sure to be a great event at always.  Afterward, celebrate with an ice cold beer at Enso, located at 1st & Detroit in the Blue Dome District.
