Ledisi Comes to Tulsa for a One-Night Performance

If you’re an R&B or jazz fan, you’re in luck because R&B artist, Ledisi, is coming to Tulsa this weekend for a one-night only performance at the Brady Theater. Ledisi will be performing a variety of her most well-known songs along with tracks off her new album, “The Truth.”

Ledisi has been a household name for years in the jazz world. She started her music career as a part of a group called Anibade, which achieved radio success around many parts of the country. In 2000, she went off on her own and released her first solo album, “Soulsinger: The Revival.”

Ever since then, she has been touring and recording music both as a solo artist and occasionally with Anibade as well. She has received several BET Awards nominations, including the BET J Cool Like Dat Award and Female Artist of the Year. Ledisi is also a nine-time Grammy Award nominee and won Outstanding Jazz Album in 2003 at the California Music Awards.

The concert will be this Friday, March 6th, and tickets are still available at the box office. Get a cool start to the evening before the show by having a couple of craft cocktails at Enso before the show.  Afterward, switch over to party mode and check out DJ ZachFast, who will be heating up the Enso dance floor from 9pm to Close.  Covered parking is available across the street.
